1. Loosen the tail bodywork and the undertray. There is no need to completely remove either one. There is two 10mm bolts attaching the undertray at the rear that can only be accessed after removing the brake light. Be sure to leave these attaching points intact when cutting off the fender. Pull down but do not remove the undertray. Unscrew the electric box but do not unplug it. Remove the tag mount, signals, and tag light assembly from the fender.

2. Cut the fender off all the way across the undertray right where the shelf that held the electric box starts. Push the undertray back up and screw it back in. Replace all bodywork because you are done with all that.

3. Mount the signals and tag mount to the kit. Attach the stock tag light to the top of the kit. There is an outline of it to show you where. There is two countersunk holes to run the included selftapping screws up from underneith to attach the tag light assembly.

4. Hold the kit up to the bike and you will see that some more plastic will need to be trimmed so that the tag light assembly will clear the undertray. Then bolt the kit to the bike starting at the rear using the stock screws at either side of the brake light. Then use the self tapping screw and screw the front of the kit to the undertray. Plug in all the electrical, remount the electric box and you are done. If you have any questions about the kit, e-mail me at ROBL69@CS.COM.
