Using ideas from several recent posts to the SVRider list, I came up
with a bungee solution that works well for securely carrying smaller items
on the passenger seat, without having to worry about paint scratches on
the tailpiece, or "slippin and slidin bungeed stuff". The 1
inch quick-release straps (similiar to tank bag straps) are adjustable
in length and easily removeable since they're snapped to the underside
